Cannabis Infused Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 cup infused oil (see Making Herbal Infusions)
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/3 cup water
1 1/4 cup regular flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoons allspice
1/2 teaspoons ground cloves
1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

    1. Mix sugar and infused oil until well blended.
    2. Beat eggs until light and foamy.
    2. Add pumpkin, water, and sugar/oil mixture to the eggs. Stir well.
    3. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl: flour, soda, baking powder, salt and all spices. Mix well. 
    4. Add flour mixture to the egg mixture and gently stir until well combined. 
    5. Add chopped nuts, if used.
    6. Pour the dough into greased loaf pans and bake at 350 F for approximately 1 hour or until a bamboo skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
    7. Remove from pans and cool on a wire rack.
