Rosineer BOOST-12 Quick Start Guide

1. Place the press on a sturdy flat table surface.
2. Close the hydraulic release valve using the bottle jack handle.
3. Connect the press to the power source using the enclosed cord and turn on the machine by flipping its switch.
4. Enter your desired temperature, time, and temperature scale for the press operation using the machine's control panel. Please follow the press manual for detailed descriptions and visual guides. The press starts heating.
5. Wait until the plates reach the set temperature and the heating indicators are turned off.
6. Place your material in the center of the bottom plate.
7. Pump the jack handle to close the plates and apply desired pressure. Please note that the lower plate stops moving further up when the press maximum pressure (12 Ton) is reached.
8. Press the Timer button to start the countdown.
9. Wait for the countdown to end and for the press to start beeping.
10. Open up the plates by releasing the bottle jack valve with the jack's handle.
11. Carefully remove your pressed material using tools or heat resistant gloves.
12. Press the next batch or turn off the machine and unplug it from the outlet.
