Press worked fine for a couple loads then I started noticing the connection for the pressure gauge on the jack was leaking. Had to take the unit apart to find out why. Upon inspection the 3 washers (with built in orings) and the oring that connected to the male/male adapter, was shredded. Contacted Rosineer and they sent me replacement washers and orings for the unit that day. Very fast to response, and the unit is back up and running without issue. Great press, minor R&D issue, Rosineer fixed the issue promptly. Would buy again.
The press is designed compactly and includes all desired functions. The plates are aligned well with precise temperature.
It is sturdy, but no hard-feeling. The plate corners are round to reduce hazard. I recommend it to our growers here in California.
I purchased the mighty5 a few months ago. It has been working great with controlled pressure and recommended amount per load. This is by far the best press I ever used.
